Detailed guide

In short: the 7.0 Cryo character both Stellar reactions are built around — Stellar-Conduct (with Electro) and Stellar Swirl (with Anemo). She plays off-field: her Skill summons a double that deals Stellar Glimmer DMG, and her passive turns her ATK into a Stellar Glimmer bonus for the whole team.

How she plays: the Skill is what matters — keep it on cooldown. The Burst isn't used every rotation, only to fill gaps while the Skill is recharging.

Stats: ATK 2000–3000: both the double and the team buff depend on it, hence ATK on the sands and goblet. Crit Rate 50–60%, Crit DMG 180%+, Energy Recharge 125–145%; Elemental Mastery is a useful extra, especially in Stellar Swirl.

Partners: with Electro — Sandrone or Wriothesley, Yae Miko and Alyosha or Nicole; with Anemo — Vesna, Vodyanitsa and Faruzan, or Mizuki with the Cryo Traveler. Pairs well with anything that gives the team ATK: Nicole, the Tenacity of the Millelith set.

Constellations: C2 is a good stopping point for most teams: it gives ATK and shreds enemy resistance. C1 and C6 raise her personal damage.

In endgame right now: in almost every recommended team for the first half of Abyss Floor 12; in the Theater she's a Special Guest.
