Detailed guide

In short: Vesna's whole kit is built around Stellar Swirl, so other archetypes barely suit her. Stellar Swirl scales with ATK — hence ATK on the sands and goblet. Don't use an Anemo DMG goblet: most of her damage comes from the reaction, not from Anemo itself.

How she plays: her Elemental Skill puts her into a combat stance with Anemo infusion. In this stance she builds charges and strikes with the Windborne Sword, which has three power levels — and the damage gap between levels is large, so the main goal of the rotation is to reach level three. Her Elemental Burst summons spirit blades for AoE damage and grants a charge for the sword; it fits best at the end of the rotation.

Stats: ATK 2000+ (the threshold for her third passive), Crit Rate 50–60%+, Crit DMG 180%+, Energy Recharge 120–135%, Elemental Mastery 100–180 as a bonus.

Partners: Odette is the core of any Stellar team; the Cryo Traveler provides Cryo for the reaction; C6 Faruzan is one of the best Anemo buffers; Vodyanitsa heals, shreds resistance and changes Vesna's vortex. Vesna's passive buffs the team: ATK for Cryo and Anemo allies, Elemental Mastery for everyone else.

Constellations: signature weapon first, constellations after. The strongest is C2: it instantly gives max stacks and +40% ATK. C1 adds one more sword use per stance and reaction damage; C6 adds a new, stronger form of the sword.

Weaknesses: outside Stellar Swirl Vesna barely works, and her damage relies heavily on supports — without Odette and a Cryo ally she drops off noticeably.

In endgame right now: the first half of Abyss Floor 12 boosts Swirl and Stellar Swirl — this is her content.
